What is your return policy during gift giving season?

We have extended our return policy during the Christmas period. For items purchased from November 15, 2024, we will accept returns until January 15, 2025. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, we currently do not offer gift wrapping.

Can I exchange an item to a different size/ colour or a totally different item?

Please return the current order free of charge and place a new order.

What is the last date to order to make sure the order arrives before Christmas?

To make sure the order is delivered before Christmas, please note that it has to be placed by December 13th.

Does GANT have stores in the US?

Currently, there are no GANT stores operating in the US. Our main focus is on launching our e-com site where customers can explore and shop the GANT world online.

Why doesn't GANT have stores?

We have just reopened in the US and are excited to launch our e-com site to begin with. As the brand grows, we will consider opening physical stores in the future based on customer demands and business needs

Is there anyone in the US a customer can contact or an office to visit?

At the moment, our customer service department operates online only. This allows us to answer any queries in the most efficient and timely manner. You can contact us directly at customer-service@gant.com.

What advantages do I have if I create a free customer account?

Your advantages are

  • Creation of an address book/ several addresses can be saved
  • View your orders
  • Address data is transferred to new orders/ can be selected if more than one address is saved
  • Promotions are stored in the customer account and can be selected
  • Newsletter customers can find their birthday voucher in the customer account
Why can't I log in to my customer account?

Have you created a customer account with GANT?

If you have only just created your customer account, please check whether you have received our verification e-mail (it may have landed in your spam folder). Only then will your customer account be activated and usable.

Please contact our customer service if you have not received our verification e-mail.

I have forgotten my password!

Click on My GANT and then on Forgot password. Now enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail with further information.

Please contact our customer service if you do not receive our e-mail.

How can I change my password?

It's that simple:

  • log in to your customer account under MY GANT
  • click on Profile
  • click on Change password under Current password
  • enter your current password
  • use a new password with at least 8 characters.
  • if you have forgotten your current password, use the forgotten password function

How do I change my data?

It's that simple:

  • log in to your customer account under MY GANT
  • click on Profile


Now you can change all your personal data.

Order

Which payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Discovery, Amex, Maestro, JCB, Electron, PayPal, PayPal Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and payment by installments via Klarna.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel orders, however we do offer free returns. For the returns process, please refer to our returns page.

Can I amend items in my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend items once an order has been placed.

Can I amend the address on my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to amend an address on an order.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order via the tracking portal www.tracking.eshopworld.com.

How do I know the tax amount applied on an order?

The tax amount will be automatically calculated at the checkout and paid in the total sum of the order.
