Returns Policy

We accept returns on most purchases, if returned in the condition in which they were sold. You have 30 days from receiving your package to return your purchase.


A return can only be accepted if the products are not used and returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Please do not remove any tags from the product/s.

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on underwear if the packaging has been opened, unless these products are faulty.

How to do a return

To help make your return process as smooth as possible, please follow the instructions below.


  1. Log the return via the return portal - Once this is registered, a return request email will be sent with the return label and the relevant steps to complete. 
  2. Pack your items carefully. If possible, please use the original box that the products arrived in.
  3. Print the label on A4 paper. Attach the label onto the parcel. Make sure it is clearly visible and that the address and barcodes are not covered.
  4. Please do not use the same label for a second parcel as our system will not be able to process this request, resulting in the parcel being rejected. If you have more parcels to return, please ensure that you request additional labels.
  5. Please take the parcel to your nearest package drop off location or post office and send it to the address which is indicated on the printed label.

Please note that all returns to the returns center in the US are handled by UPS.

Once the return is processed at the warehouse, a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
